面談は、誰もが敬遠したくなる大きなイベントですが、とくに

英語となるとその緊張はさらに大きくなるものです。

とくに、就職面談で、英語のインタビューとなると緊張度

は倍増します。今後の人生の分岐点となるいっても過言では

ない面談ですが、ただこの対策、フレーズをおさえておけば

克服できます。今回は、英語面談対策となる、究極のフレーズに

ついて調べてみたので紹介してみたいと思います。

英語面談でのあいさつは

まずは、相手先の名前をしっておくことから始まります。

当然ながら、相手の会社内容や相手のタイトルなどを

事前に調べておくことが大事です。

そして、面談出だしのフレーズはこちら↓となります。

フレーズ１

相手の挨拶の後の返事からはじまります。

志望動機について

志望動機を語る際のポイントは、前職や現職に対して

ネガティブなコメントをださないことが大事です。

そこで、使えるフレーズをあげてみたいとおもいます。

I am looking for an opportunity where I can leverage

my skillset. I believe that a job with a broader range

of responsibilities will allow me to develop my skillset further.

フレーズ２

I’ve decided that my current work role does not take me

where I hope to go in my career. It seems my current organization

is also not able to offer me alternative roles that

would facilitate my professional grow.

自分の長所と短所の紹介について

自分の長所については、事前に英語で箇条書き

にして用意しておかないと答えづらいものです。

そこで、長所のフレーズをピックアップして

みます。

・I am kind of person who always think positive.

・I can communicate any kinds of person well under pressure.

・I’d say that my greatest strength is my patience

and my strong willingness to try something new

and challenging.

一連の質問が終わって、終盤さしかかったときに

改めて自分をアピール際に使えるフレーズは

まとめ
